How to register and login
Down the left hand side of the page you will find a login form that looks like this:
If you have not previously registered to use this site, you will need to click on the (Register) and complete that process first. The registration process takes you through the following screens: The Registration Agreement Terms
The username, password and basic registration screen:
Fill the form in and then click the <Submit> button
A confirmation screen displays the information you just entered, and asks for you to enter the Security Code that is displayed.
Enter the code and click <Finish>.
When one of the administrators processes your application and approves it, you will receive a message like the following in the e-mail account you used for the registration:
Once you have received this message, you can head back to the login and use the username and password you chose in your registration.
Once you click on <Login>, that section of the screen will change to look something like the following:
